You may ask for a refund at any time for an order that is incomplete. An incomplete order is one that has never been unblocked. Once unblocked, by us or any other entity, it will be considered a complete job and no longer eligible for a refund.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Text messages (SMS)

By ticking a text-message box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from You’re The Alchemist at the mobile number you provided.

• Informational messages: replies to your inquiry, discovery-call and appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your project.
• Marketing messages: occasional news and offers, sent only if you also tick the separate marketing box.

Consent is optional. You don’t have to agree to texts to send the form or to buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; we’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or email yourethealchemist@gmail.com.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 and the account holder for that mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
